Norway – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Contract award: Laboratory freezers for the health authorities in Helse Sør-Øst and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health.

It has been revealed that a minimum requirement of temperature variation of +/- 3 degrees is inappropriate and does not reflect real need. This requirement has restricted the competition. The contracting authority estimates that the error in the tender documentation has had a significant impact on the implementation of the competition and result, and that there is, therefore, a justifiable reason for cancellation, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4.
