Norway – Risk or hazard assessment other than for construction – Framework agreement risk analyses

The Norwegian Coastal Administration shall enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer in order to ensure sufficient capacity in periods when the contracting authority itself does not have the capacity to prepare risk analyses of shipping traffic for measures within the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s responsibilities/activity areas.2) assist the contracting authority in own method development.3) consultancy within non-specified needs related to risk analyses of ship traffic, within assignment relevant disciplines such as sea safety, where there can be a need for special disciplines/- specialist competence.
