Germany – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – ZFU Compliance and Certification Support Services for the European Raw Materials Academy (ERMAcademy) and European Advanced Materials Academy (EAMAcademy)

Advisory and operational support in navigating the German distance learning regulatory landscape, particularly with regard to compliance with the Fernunterricht Protection Act (FernUSG) and approval processes administered by the Zentralstelle für Fernunterricht (ZFU). The engagement will focus on assessing existing trainings in our catalogue, identifying which fall under ZFU jurisdiction, and supporting their preparation, submission, and certification. The selected provider will also establish workflows and advisory services for ongoing compliance and future training submissions.
