Latvia – Advertising and marketing services – Provision of services in support of communications activities

The overall aim of this procurement procedure is to obtain the services in support to the communications. This call for tenders is for the provision of communications services and goods, which includes provision of consultancy, trainings and/or workshops, content development, graphic design, production of promotional items, photo and filming services, media monitoring, purchase of subscriptions and digital tools, organisation of communications and social media campaigns, and other services. As the result of this procurement procedure a multiple framework contract (FWC) in cascade is planned to be signed. The maximum duration of the FWCs is 4 years.
