Rogaland county would like to establish a dynamic purchasing system for consultancy services within building and construction. The need for services can be relevant in all of Rogaland county and for all departments in the organisation for construction work and shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for services. DPS Building Administration will be divided between Building/Property and Transport.
