Lot 1: Project description for “Project Sustainable Growth Mitte (SGM)” Project objective is the installation of three electrical driven heat-only boiler at BEW’s site in Berlin Mitte to diversify sources of heat within Berlin’s district heating grid and to improve the green heat share till end of 2028. For this purpose, 3 parallel electrical driven boiler with a heat output of 40 MWth each shall be built. This announcement for Lot 1 considers the supply of two identical power transformers, each 125 MVA. • 2 identical power transformers with a performance of 125 MVA each, 110 kV / 22 kV with an On-load tap changer • delivery to HKW Mitte site ready to put on sliding system (rails) • switching group YNd5 • provide Lot (1) with Lot (3) Schedule (draft): Award of contract: March, 2025 Delivery to Berlin: Q1-2028 Lot 2: Reuter West - REB ( EBTR) Project description for “Reuter Electrical Backbone (REB)” Project objective is the construction of the Electrical Backbone for Reuter West site. The sub-project "REB" is the new electrical infrastructure to provide the power supply to the power systems/projects at this site. Therefore, this announcement concerns the following scope for Lot 2: • 2 identical power transformers with a performance of 80 MVA each, 110 kV / 10,5 / 10,5 kV with an On-load tap changer • manufacturing, installation, supervision, commissioning and the “As-built” documentation • delivery to HKW Reuter West site ready to put on sliding system (rails) • switching group Dyn5yn5 Schedule (draft): Award of contract: February, 2025 Delivery to Berlin: Q4-2027 Commissioning: Q2/2028
