Narvik municipality would like to enter into an agreement for ongoing access to a user friendly, modern and intuitive case/archive system that covers the current need for archiving and, at the same time, facilitates future developments in the archive sector. Narvik municipality will be the contract party, but the following entities shall be able to use the service: * Narvik Vann KF (org.nr. 986 377 395) * Ofoten fire and rescue IKS (org.nr. 993 194 964). * Narvik Havn KF (org.nr. 974 789 019) * Eiendomsutviklingsselskapet Narvikgården AS (org.nr. 983 387 381) * Næringsutviklingsselskapet Cathrine AS (org.nr. 974 645 130) * Municipal task fellowship Midtre Hålogaland Outdoor Council (org.nr. 921 405 030)
