Belgium – Construction work – 06D20/2025/M036 - Design & Build contract for the Renovation of the SPAAK Building in Brussels

The European Parliament seeks the renovation of the SPAAK building in Brussels, which hosts the hemicycle of the Institution. The present contract regards the detailed design and the execution of the renovation works. The European Parliament will provide the developed design and a copy of the building permit request. These documents, together with the tender specifications and annexes, will be the starting point of the Design & Build contract.
