TenneT TSO B.V (TenneT) is a leading Transmission System Operator (TSO) In The Netherlands and Germany. Hundreds of customers are currently in the queue for a grid connection and/or request for transmission capacity. To serve customers faster, and thus make the energy transition a reality, TenneT has established a Customer Connections & Capacity (CCC) team. At present, CCC operates within a complex and highly regulated environment where the processes for connecting new customers to the grid are often slow and constrained by the limited capacity of existing infrastructure. The CCC team is searching for an ecosystem orchestrator; a strategic partner who will share responsibility for addressing our most urgent challenges. This includes anticipating and responding to customer demand, reducing connection lead times, and delivering value across the entire innovation lifecycle. This partner will collaborate closely with CCC and stakeholders from initial ideation through to implementation, supporting the discovery, development, scaling, and where applicable, commercial deployment of solutions. Their contribution may span a range of areas, including technical innovation, process optimisation, digital tooling, stakeholder alignment, and organisational change, either provided directly or through their wider ecosystem.
