Norway – Procurement consultancy services – Framework agreement for assistance with the implementation of public procurements.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for assistance with the execution of procurements in Bufdir. In exceptional cases Bufetats regions will also procure assistance. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure procurements in cases where the Contracting Authority itself does not have the capacity to execute the procurements. Tenderers shall be able to provide assistance for all or parts of the procurement. In addition the tenderer shall be able to assist with training of employees in Bufdir/Bufetat in practical procurements. Child protection procurements are not a part of the framework agreement. The framework agreement period will be 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year, a total of 4 years. The contract will have an estimated framework of NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. NOK 3 million, excluding VAT. The sum is a guideline and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
