The Danish National Police and Prosecution Service are in the process of deciding on a possible replacement of its legacy Record Management Systems (RMS) and Case Management System (CMS). The purpose of this RFI is to understand the capabilities of the market in providing a modern, scalable, and maintainable solution that will replace the existing systems and ensure continued operational efficiency within the Danish National Police and Prosecution Service. The purpose is also to learn what approach experienced vendors will suggest regarding architecture, implementation, data migration and organisational change management.
