Norway – Construction work – Care homes for elderly Ballangen and Bjerkvik.

Narvik municipality needs care homes for elderly with lifetime standards. Narvik municipality would like to enter into a contract with a developer to procure up to 40 turnkey sheltered accommodation flats in a housing association or owner sectional facilities per location (Bjerkvik and Ballangen). The municipality will procure the care homes together and sell them on to residents with a need for 24 hour health and care services. It is the municipality at the award office that will undertake the award of residences and the flats shall be sold with clauses that i.a. regulate the price for resale. The residences shall be constructed on the following sites: Bjerkvik: Separated from cadet 10, title no. 363 Ballangen: Gnr. 340, title no. 609 ----------------------------------------
