Norway – E-learning services – Framework agreement for development, updating and maintenance of eLearning courses and training videos.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for tenderers who can offer good, general systems for the development of new eLearning courses and training videos, as well as updating and maintenance of already developed course material. The courses and training videos shall promote accessibility, inclusion and user friendliness for a broad target group, including employees of Bufdir/Bufetat, as well as the target groups that our services and assignments are aimed at, for example, youth, families, employees of municipalities and collaboration partners. The framework agreement will be an agency that shall be able to be used by the entire agency as needed for services connected to e-learning courses and video tutorials. The contracting authority plans to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers in order to ensure the necessary capacity in the execution of the contract.
