Fredrikstad municipality plans to start a tender process for the procurement of a framework agreement for inspections of buildings, measuring vibrations, settlement measurements and processing damage. We would like, thus, to publish procurement documents for a hearing in order to gather feedback from suppliers before we send the competition to the notice. Note that the attached documents are consultation documents and cannot be used as a basis for the actual tender in the subsequent competition. The hearing deadline is Friday 15 August, 16:00 Input and feedback to the documents is to be sent via the communication channel in Mercell.
