Norway – Industry specific software package – RFI/Market Survey - Prior Information Notice - 2025/3474 - Offline BIM viewer

This is a probe (RFI) where the purpose is to identify possible products, systems or services that tenderers can offer a BIM viewer with offline support that shall function in a graded environment. As a starting point, cloud based systems will not be able to be used without these being adapted in order to be installed and run on Statsbygg ́s secure network and on offline tablets/PCs out at the construction site or the property. Offline BIM viewer shall be able to be used both in construction projects and within operation and management (FDVU processes) of properties that are subject to the Security Act.
