Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – TR3339-Technical and Professional Services to ESB Network’s Smart Metering Operations Centre (SMOC)

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of Technical and Professional Services to support the ESBN SMOC. At present SMOC has a requirement for approximately 40 resources in total. Approximately 14 vendor resources are currently required. Vendor resources are required to fill a variety of expert and specialist roles. These roles relate to the technical, process, service and business activities needed to support the operation of the AMI system and the delivery of smart electricity metering services. Experienced vendor resources and subject matter experts* (SME*) fill a number of SMOC roles supporting the key systems and services including, but not limited to, MDMS, HES, end-to-end data and service delivery, root cause analysis, reporting, testing, risk management and service management.
