We have procured a digital PCR instrument for upgrading the genetics laboratory at the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research's department in Tromsø. The instrument shall only be used for research. The instrument shall mainly be used for detection and quantification of DNA markers in environmental DNA samples from both water and sediments.
