Bufdir currently lacks a system for carrying out user examinations in a systematic manner. As a result, the contracting authority has carried out very few and occasional individual user surveys since 2017 until today. The aim of the assignment is that systematic acquisitions of the users ́experiences and experiences shall contribute to the development of better and more knowledge based initiatives and services.
