Norway – Software consultancy services – Procurement of a framework agreement for Logia assistance.

The aim of this notice is to procure a non-exclusive framework agreement with one tenderer who ensures that the users of the framework agreement can call-off consultancy services as needed. The framework agreement is for the provision of consultancy services connected to operation and production support, and further development and improvement of the Norwegian Armed Forces Logia application with associated freight lifts. Furthermore, the framework agreement shall ensure that users can call-off assistance in connection with any installations/upgrades.
