Norwegian trains shall enter into a contract with one tenderer who can offer a joint HR administration and payroll system, possibly separate systems with an option for integration and where the tenderer can be SPOC (Single point of contact). The systems shall be delivered as a cloud service (SaaS). It is important that the system (s) can be automated/integrated with other systems that Norwegian trains use. The company has approx. 80 employees. Furthermore, the chosen tenderer shall also be responsible for wages driving.
