Norway – E-learning services – Digital Learning Platform

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a learning and administration platform (LMS), which shall support the Norwegian Environment Directorate's work with internal training and competence development. The Norwegian Environment Agency shall launch the Environment Directorate School to strengthen and co-ordinate the competence offer to approx. 700 permanent employees, 100 part-time employees and 300 employees at the Government Administrator. A new, digital LMS shall gather all courses and learning programmes, both internet based and physical, on one platform. The platform shall offer functions for course administration, development of learning content and flexible access management adapted to different user groups. This will ensure efficiency, user friendliness and a total overview of the competence development in the organisation.
