Finland – Administration services – Agency Service of Non-Finnish Literature

The object of procurement is the agency service of non-Finnish literature as an order and delivery process for use by the Tampere Higher Education Community (Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences). The agency service contains the orders made by customer via the supplier’s electronic ordering system and the products delivered to the delivery addresses appointed by the customer. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Service description. The contract period is two (2) years after which the contract continues until further notice. The buyer chooses one supplier with which it makes an agreement. The estimated value of the purchase (excluding VAT) is 240 000 €. The value is an estimate, and the agreement does not constitute a purchase obligation for the buyer.
