Denmark – Document management system – Tender for an AIM and PMS Solution

The Contract covers the delivery and implementation of two systems: an Asset Information Management (AIM) solution and a Procedure Management Solution (PMS). The AIM solution will serve as a centralised platform to manage technical asset information across the full lifecycle, from the CAPEX phase to O&M and decommissioning. Its purpose is to ensure data consistency, provide trustworthy data in one place, support the handover of information, and facilitate efficient access to asset documentation. The PMS solution will support the management of operational procedures throughout their lifecycle, including authoring, versioning, workflows, and execution tracking. It is intended to strengthen safety, operational consistency, and traceability across our sites.
