Zamówienie jest podzielone na dwie części: Część nr 1: Dostawa dwóch pił jednodrutowych do cięcia super twardych materiałów takich jak GaN, SiC i szafir: Dwie piły jednodrutowe do cięcia super twardych materiałów takich jak GaN, SiC i szafir, charakteryzujące się: • prędkością przesuwu drutu do 30 m/s • interfejs HMI, ograniczoną liczba kół pasowych do czterech • automatyczny stół indeksujący do bezobsługowych sekwencji cięcia Część nr 2: Dostawa dwóch pił wielodrutowych do cięcia super twardych materiałów takich jak GaN, SiC i szafir. Dwie piły wielodrutowe do cięcia super twardych materiałów takich jak GaN, SiC i szafir, charakteryzujące się: • powierzchnią do 1,3 m2 • Mające 3 prowadnice drutu, które pozwalają na ustawienie różnych odstępów między drutami (można pominąć jeden lub kilka rowków) • ograniczoną liczbą kół pasowych do czterech, • obrabiane elementy są nieruchome (jarzmo opuszcza się) ENGLISH VERSION The subject of the order is the delivery of four wire saws for slicing super-hard materials such as GaN, SiC and sapphire. The order is divided into two lots: Lot No. 1: Supply of two single-wire saws for slicing super-hard materials such as GaN, SiC and sapphire: Two Single Wire Saws for slicing of super-hard materials such as GaN, SiC and Sapphire, characterized by: • wire speed of up to 30 m/s • HMI interface, limited number of pulleys to four • automatic indexing table for maintenance-free cutting sequences Lot No. 2: Supply of two multi-wire saws for slicing super-hard materials such as GaN, SiC and sapphire: Two Multiwire Saws for slicing of super-hard materials such as GaN, SiC and Sapphire characterized by: • a footprint of up to 1.3 m2 • Having 3 wire guides which allow to have different pitches between wires (you can skip one or more grooves) • A limited number of pulleys to four, • The workpieces are stationary (the yoke lowers)
