Iceland – Surface work for roads – Road Markings, Road Painting in all Regions 2024 - 2026

The Icelandic Road and Coastal Administration opens tender for road painting in four regions of the country; South Region, West Region, North Region, and East Region. This involves marking midlines and other lines on roads with bound road surfaces for the years 2024 - 2026. The project is tendered for three years with the possibility of extending the contract in the summers of 2027 and 2028. The estimated work length is 4,910 km. The main quantities, based on one year, are: Centerlines 1.950 km Sprayplasted centerlines 1.0 mm thick 2.960 km Working days 80 days The project must be fully completed by September 1, each year.
