Lier municipality has a separate Geodata and surveying department that carries out the ongoing surveying assignments in the municipality. Due to a lack of manpower, we are therefore looking for a consultant who can assist the surveying department in periods. The scope of the assignment will vary and it will depend on the number of cases and the municipality ́s internal capacity. This procurement is, in its nature, assessed to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. §7-9, fifth paragraph of the Regulations. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy services where the contracting authority is unable to influence climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are directed against these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf.f., DFØ's environmental supervisor.
