Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Project New Government Block - H207 Technical Project Manager

Statsbygg requests, in connection with the Project New Government Block, tenders for the following consultancy assignments: H207 Technical(s) project manager(s). The project new government block shall contribute to rebuilding the government quarter between Akersgata and Møllergata, with a concentrated development in order to gain good use of area. The project is being constructed through several construction stages, the first of which includes the renovation of the Tower Block, the construction of A-block, D-block, basements and a new urban space around the blocks. Construction phase 1 shall be completed during 2025. Construction phase 2 is planned to start in 2025 and be carried out by 2029/2030. There may also be further construction stages in the project. Statsbygg would, thus, like to strengthen their team working with technical project management in the project new government block. The intended resources are included in the builder ́s organisation and will be part of a sub-project's project management. Statsbygg would like to engage between 1 - 3 technical project managers depending on the offered resources ́ competence and experience, as well as the project ́s needs.
