Norway – Miscellaneous health services – Intention notice, procurement of specialised rehabilitation services for the Deaf/deaf blind.
Tender Description
Helse Vest intends to enter into a direct contract with Signo Conrad Svendsen Centre for specialised rehabilitation services for the Deaf/deaf blind. Helse Vest carried out a market survey in April 2025 for sub-performance M (sensory disturbances), limited to deaf/deaf blind. The market survey was published on Doffin. In the market survey Helse Vest invited tenderers who can offer as specialised rehabilitation services as emerged from the market survey, to register their interest. The aim of the market survey was to examine whether there are possible suppliers in the market that fulfil the requirements set by Helse Vest for rehabilitation services for patients who are deaf/deaf blind. The aim of the market survey was also to get information on the number of possible tenderers in the market, in order, thus, to determine the procurement procedure for the procurement. On sub-performance M (sensory disturbances) limited to the deaf/deaf blind, there were two tenderers who reported interest, including Signo Conrad Svendsen Senter and VNK Solutions OÜ. The latter is a Tallin/Estonia based company and is therefore not relevant for the provision of rehabilitation services in Norway.
