Malta – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Drafting of COI Products

The purpose of this tender procedure is to receive the service of drafting and/or updating COI (Country of Origin Information) products in line with the EUAA COI Report Methodology and the Writing and Referencing guide for COI reports (2023). The COI products should support decision and policy making by providing an information basis on the situation in respective countries of origin related to subjects such as – but not limited to – security situation, human rights, the situation of ethno-religious minorities and vulnerable groups, political developments, socio-economic indicators, the state structure and legal organisation.
