Finland – Non-medical equipment based on the use of radiations – A nanofocus X-ray source for hard X-rays (> 50 keV)

We are looking to buy a nanofocus X-ray source for hard X-rays (> 50 keV) for Faculty of Science, Department of Physics, University of Helsinki. The system should include everything needed to operate the source. The complete system should include the X-ray tube, the high voltage generator, the vacuum pumps, and any required cables. The system should be user-maintainable with expected lifetime of > 10 years in daily use. The tenderer can submit more than one offer, for example, for different device models.
