The contracting authority is not obliged to follow part IV, except § 30-7, for entering into a contract for this service for individual users. It is therefore assumed that part I and the Procurement Act will apply for this procurement, cf. In this case, the supervisor kpt 9, as well as KOFA 2016/58.Verge, have not given consent to share confidential information with anyone but a supplier. It is, thus, not possible to hold a closed competition with others. On this basis, a contract will be signed with the tenderer who has agreed to share confidential information with. The contract will be announced in accordance with § 30-7. The current form is used from a suitable form for signing of the contract without a prior notice, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 30-4.
