Norway – Repair and maintenance services – Painting and floor laying services, framework agreement

The competition is for the delivery of painting and floor laying work related to alterations, minor extensions, rehabilitation and ongoing maintenance in the existing buildings. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 155,000 m2 buildings (buildings for education, education, health, managing housing, stores and cultural buildings, municipal engineering etc.). The contracting authority can choose to use a separate framework agreement for the purchase of paint/coverings. Tenderers shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise, or chooses to use a separate framework agreement for the procurement of paint/coverings. The procurement ́s value is estimated to approx. NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
