Ireland – Construction work – Mary Immaculate College - Thurles Window Refurbishment 2025 and 4 year Single-Operator Framework.

The 1st phase of works consist of the removal, replacement and repairing of existing windows, to Ground, First Floor and Second floor levels. Including replacement of panes, window frame, painting and replastering to walls around windows and all other necessary works; all as per Architects drawings and specification documents. Including all necessary protection and scaffolding to carry out the works. Similar works will be carried out for the remaining three phases of the Single-Operator Framework but the scope is yet to be confirmed. The works are sited within Mary Immaculate College Campus Thurles within a live / populated campus within a constrained working environment throughout the 4 year Framework. Throughout the course of the project works, M.I.C. intends to continue and carry out normal day to day academic and other activities. Contractor is to note that there will be Noise restrictions including out of hours work required. Deliveries and Waste Removal at permitted times only and to be arranged with campus management and needs to be identified in Waste Management Plan.
