Norway – Construction work – Partnering contract for Sande skule

Sunnfjord municipality would like to invite tenderers to a tender contest regarding a jointpilation contract with a target sum for Sande skule. The intention of this competition is to have an actor with the right competence and experience in order to carry out the assignment with interaction. The permits for Sande school shall be developed and optimised throughout the interaction phase so that the project is delivered with the right quality, at the agreed price and planned with regard to simultaneous operation of the school. A plan has been set up for the general progress in the project: - Contract signing October 2024. - Expected interaction phase for engineering design, October 2024 - June 2025 - Expected construction period between June 2025 - August 2027. There is expected to be a high interaction process on topics concerning: • Optimisation of architectural and interior extensions • materials • energy systems • Facilitation for re-use • planning simultaneous operation of the school during the construction period.
