The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of project and construction management. The participants in this framework agreement are the following legal entities (the Customer): - Flesberg municipality - Gol municipality (option) Gran municipality - Hemsedal municipality (option) - Hjartdal municipality (option) - Hol municipality (option) - Jevnaker municipality - Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF Krødsherad municipality - Lier municipality (Lier vei, water and sewage are not included) Lier Eiendomsselskap KF - Lunner municipality Modum municipality - Øvre Eiker municipality - Ål municipality (option) The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 120,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the participants ́needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
