Norway – News-agency services – Framework agreement media agency services

The Norwegian Health Network (NHN) and health management would like to enter into a framework agreement for media agency services with one supplier who can be a good strategic adviser for campaigns and communication, with the aim of ensuring that businesses communicate target orientately and efficiently to relevant target groups in the channels that are at all times most cost effective. In addition to consultancy services, the tenderer shall assist with media planning, purchasing and placement across all relevant channels.
