The procurement is for the delivery of a digital and strategic HR tool for competence management and employee follow-up. The system shall provide quick and correct access to information on employees ́ competence, and the status of implementation of competence measures and development goals. The system shall offer an option to establish competence initiatives (including competence plans) for individual employees, groups of employees, or all employees.
