Norway – Site preparation work – Contract signing of sub-contract 1 Construction works and redevelopment

Preparatory works must be carried out for the areas in question that shall be used in connection with the construction of the facility, as well as to cover other needs in the construction phase, in connection with the establishment of the carbon capture facility at Klemetsrud. The sub-project "CCS Preparatory Work - CCS FA" includes all the necessary preparations that must be carried out before a carbon capture facility at Klemetsrud can be started. The enquiry is for a construction contract organised as an execution contract. A contract will be signed in accordance with NS 8405 Norwegian Building and Construction Contract, with the changes and additions made in Celsio's template for the contract document. The contract model for the project is a builder managed contract. The competition will be carried out in a two stage procurement process, with a prequalification phase and tender phase. After the original tender deadline, negotiations will be carried out before tenderers submit a new tender at the revised tender deadline.
