Przedmiot zamówienia jest podzielony na 2 etapy: 1. Etap 1 – obejmujący rozbudowę Systemu VCS oraz Systemu Smart MET/NAV o 4 stanowiska operatorskie dla Systemu Remote Tower dla Lotniska EPMO (rTWR dla EPMO); 2. Etap 2 – obejmujący rozbudowę Systemu VCS o 8 stanowisk operatorskich dla Służby Informacji Powietrznej FIS.
