The objective of the contract is to establish the CLMS Inland Water Working Group, which shall provide independent expert advice and guidance to the European Environment Agency and the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS) on the specification, design, implementation and evolution of the CLMS inland water products portfolio.
