Norway – Construction work for buildings relating to health – Contract Contract 2021 Framework and sealed building MNO - Nye Rikshospitalet

The aim of the procurement is to engage a turnkey contractor interaction who shall be responsible for the services that shall be delivered in Contract 2021 Framework and sealed building MNO. The main elements of the assignment are a turnkey contractor for planning, engineering design services for and construction of Framework and sealed buildings MNO in close cooperation with the Builder. A complete contract basis shall be prepared in the interaction phase with the accompanying binding tenders as a starting point for continuing the contract to the execution phase. During the collaboration phase, the Builder and turnkey contractor shall procure central sub-contractors, consultants and architects in a joint partnership.
