Oslo municipality c/o the Health Agency (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for the signing of a contract that shall cover electronic patient journal system (EPJ) for Oslo kommunes Allmennlegevakt and Aker-PST (Psychosocial services) for Psychosocial Emergency Services (PSA) and the Municipal Emergency 24 Hour Unit (KAD).
